Refund Policy

cbtazerbaijan.com will offer a full refund (Service fee) to all tourists who have booked their homestay through this website in the event that the their reservation is denied by the homestay owner OR the tourist cancelled his/her reservation because the photos and the information about the property doesn’t match with the reality.

If a tourist requests a refund (service fee) after 10 hours of check-in time, cbtazerbaijan.com will no longer be able to offer a refund. Ckeck-in time is 14:00 of the check-in date.

Please note the following conditions for requesting a refund:

• By contracting the services offered by cbtazerbaijan.com and thus agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions, tourists understand that cbtazerbaijan.com will begin to book the reservation immediately and within 1-12 hours, the tourist will receive their homestay confirmation, at which point a refund will be available on above-mentioned conditions.

• By visiting this website and contracting its services, the tourist waives his/her right to pursue legal actions against cbtazerbaijan.com and agrees not to hold us or our employees, shareholders or other agents accountable.

Requesting a Refund

Users wishing to solicit a refund must send an email to [email protected] Tourists must include the following in their refund request: full name (as it appears on passport), email address used to complete the reservation, reference number and reason for the request.

From the moment the refund request is received, it will be processed within 72 hours (3 business days).
